Pretty habitually and no side effects.
Go to bed with one and get up up with one but pretty sure it's not near all hours of darkness.
Happened to me 2 hours .
well if you where on earth constantly haveing sex i guess it would be ok but unless you where taking the little blue pill i would be worried
